A Long Beach Fixture for 40 years, Pierpoint was a great place for families to stroll and shop and eat, and the center   of Sportfishing in Southern California.  Every week many thousands of fishermen went out from Pierpoint in all kinds of boats and came back in with bags of fish and thrills enough for a lifetime.
